Eric’s Off-Broadway credits include Frankenstein (Victor Frankenstein), Hollow (Henry and Van Ripper), Phantom of the Opera (The Phantom), Beauty and the Beast (Papa), The Little Mermaid (Fish Witch), Cinderella (Madame), Alice in Wonderland (Queen of Hearts), The Selfish Giant (Giant) and Treasure Island (Ben Gunn). Eric earned a BFA in theatre per-formance form Virginia Commonwealth University. He can also be seen around New York as his drag persona Sparkle Monster. Gabe DeRose – Hastings
Gabe is beyond excited to return Off-Broadway at the Players Theatre! He was recently seen here as the Male Swing in Local Singles. Gabe was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Point Park University with a BA in musical theatre. Favorite credits include Charlie Price (Kinky Boots), Rock of Ages (Drew), Godspell (Jesus), Titanic (Barrett), and As You Like It (Orlando). Sue-Ellen Mandell – Francoise
Sue-Ellen has appeared in many regional and Off Broadway productions. She has played several iconic roles over the years, including: Blanche: Streetcar Named Desire, Martha: Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Ouisa: Six Degrees of Separation, Escalus: Measure for Measure. She was nominated for “Best Actress” in the 2022 New York Theatre Festival. Television work has included Celebrity Ghost Stories, Investigation Discovery and commercials. She enjoyed working for Comedy Central and collaborating to produce several Mini Mocks on their website. She has enjoyed 15 productions, or more, at The Players Theatre! Andrea Woodbridge – Bex
Andrea is thrilled to be returning to the Players Theatre stage for her fourth Agatha Christie production! She has appeared in other productions on this stage such as Dark Ladies, The Hollow, The Stranger, Murder on the Links, A Man Among Ye, Blood Countess, and a Christmas Carol. Erin Morris – Marthe
Erin is thrilled to take part in this murder-mystery! Erin’s other off-broadway credits include Beauty and the Beast (Norma) here at The Player’s Theatre, and 44 Lights (Mary), a new musical which premiered at the AMT. Some of her favorite credits include Dance Nation (Ashley) at The Neighborhood Playhouse, operas Dido and Aneas and sequel premier & Eterna (Witch 1) with Narnia Vocal Arts, Bye Bye Birdie (Kim), Footloose (Ariel) and Beauty and the Beast (Belle) in her hometown of St. Louis. After graduating at The Neighborhood Playhouse, Erin spent a summer studying opera at Narnia Vocal Arts Festival in Narni, Italy. Stay suspicious, and enjoy the show!
Sekou Conde – Marchaud (U/S Hastings and Giraud)
Sekou is a 25-year-old actor from Ohio. After pursuing film and screenwriting during his undergraduate time at Yale University, he moved to Brooklyn with hopes of honing his crafts as an artist, writer, and storyteller. However, his passion for acting grew in New York and drew him to the stage and screen. He has taken on a diverse range of roles from Booth in Topdog/Underdog to Fagin in Oliver! and is now thrilled to be making his Off-Broadway debut as Marchaud in this production.
Rhys Athayde – Jack
Rhys is thrilled to make his Off-Broadway debut in "Murder On the Links." Born and raised in New York City, his passion for acting began at the age of seven, performing in school productions such as "Damn Yankees," "Bye Bye Birdie," and "9 to 5." In his twenties, Rhys appeared in commercials for brands like Lexus, Toyota, and Brooks Running. He made his film debut as the Orderly in "Nobody's Home" (2023) and recently portrayed Joel in "Guns Up," alongside Kevin James, Christina Ricci, and Timothy Murphy, slated for a 2025 release. Rhys extends his deepest gratitude to his family, friends, and mentors for their unwavering support.
Rheanna Salazar – Leonie (U/S Marthe and Francoise)
Rheanna is excited to be making both her Be Bold Theatre and Players Theatre debut! Off-Broadway credits include Duality (ART/NY) and Shadows (ART/NY), which saw her nominated for a BroadwayWorld Off-Broadway Award for Best Performance in a Play. Regional credits include "Alice" in Alice in Wonderland (Actors Playhouse). Other favorite roles include Wendla in Spring Awakening, Cinderella in Into The Woods, and Nina in In The Heights. She is a resident actor with Face to Face Films, and has been seen in many of their film and stage productions.
Patricia M. Lawrence – Madame Daubruil (U/S Mme. Renaud and Bex)
Pat is thrilled to be back on The Players Theatre stage, where she has played Fifi in "Furever Home" and Doris in "The Hollow." Brenda Bell – Mme. Renaud; Artistic Director and Author
Brenda loves a good murder mystery - especially an Agatha Christie. She is thrilled to return to the role of Mme. Renauld which she originated in 2021. Murder on MacDougal fans might remember her recently as Gerta Cristow in The Hollow, Mrs. Huggins in The Stranger as well as four other characters in previous seasons.
Shino Frances – Director
Shino (she/they) is a NYC-based international Theatre Maker. Raised in a Japanese-Jewish household, Shino’s performance career started in diapers when accidentally moon-ing their grandparents’ guests at the dinner table. Directing followed close after, as they enrolled their bestie from next door to act out scenes on the back porch. More recent adventures include an Outstanding Lead Actress in a Full Length Musical award from MITF; two nominations for BroadwayWorld Off-Broadway Awards, Best Original Choreography; and most recently, Directing Rob Chen’s The Blu Room Show @TheTank and Sgouros & Bell’s Beauty & the Beast @ThePlayersTheatre. Michael Sgouros – Composer
Michael has served as music director and composer for the Off-Broadway shows Percussion People, The Selfish Giant, Treasure Island, Stone Soup, A Christmas Carol, Cinderella, Phantom of the Opera (Sgouros and Bell), The Little Mermaid, Alice In Wonderland, Tico Tales, Sleepy Hollow, Beauty and the Beast and Frankenstein the musical. A native New Yorker, Michael has enjoyed performing as drummer/percussionist in a variety of musical settings which have included the American Symphony, Philharmonia Virtuosi, Ethos Percussion Group, Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus and the Broadway productions of The Secret Garden, Falsettos, The Goodbye Girl, Sunset Boulevard, Miss Saigon and Phantom of the Opera. He has toured nationally with A Chorus Line and has traveled to Singapore and Costa Rica with the touring productions of Anything Goes and Tico Tales. Mr. Sgouros has worked professionally with Eartha Kitt, Mandy Patinkin, Michael Rupert, Bernadette Peters, Martin Short, Danny Aiello, Michael Kamen, Alison Janney, Laura Linney and Richard Thomas. He has also collaborated with notable percussionists Glen Velez, Stefan Harris, Michael Markus, Danny Druckman and Samir Chatterjee.

Emma Ruopp (Production Manager)

Jessica Choi – Lighting Designer
Jessica is the Lighting Designer for Murder on the Links at Players Theatre. Past shows include: Alice, In Wonderland, The Stranger, The Mystery of Mosaic Bridge, The Little Mermaid, Frankenstein, And Then There Were None, Somewhere I Can Scream, Murder on the Links, Cinderella, Sleepy Hollow, Christmas Carol, and Beauty and the Beast at Players Theatre. She studied and graduated in Entertainment Technology at NYC College of Technology. In addition to her design work, she is a freelancer in the positions of a technician, assistant/associate lighting designer, light board programmer/operator working in the field of theater and fashion.
Nicholas Thomas – Light Board Operator
Nick is an actor, writer, and director from Melbourne, Australia. He works on theatre, film and T.V. and is thrilled to be part of this production.
Elizabeth Chaney – Set Design
Elizabeth is an Associate Professor in the BMCC Theatre Program. Designs include scenery for Sweat, Twelfth Night; scenery and lighting for Marisol, Love is a Blue Tick Hound, The Imaginary Invalid, and Measure for Measure.
